Oversee and make sure receiving and dispatch processes are running efficiently. Giving Instruction to store workers in day to day activities. Oversee receiving, warehousing, Dispatch and maintenance operations. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Job Responsibilities Should have basic knowledge of computer. Good knowledge of Tally, Excel and inventory management will be preferred.Store-Keeping, Inventory Management and Billing.Proficient In Store Management & Stock HandlingExecuting all the Day – to – Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)Incoming material receipt, proper storage of materialMaterial issue to different departmentStock updating, ERP entries maintain all records about inventoryManage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received/Issue RegisterMaintain store stock register Assets stock registerPrepare monthly store reconciliation statement. Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all Critical ItemsMaintaining the proper Method of stock issueDaily, weekly and monthly MIS reporting Vendor managementHandling Purchases and developing new VendorsStore Management, Team Management, Computer Savvy.
