Skills and Qualifications
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with big MNCs through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and track sales activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to ensure the company’s profitability and meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote the company’s products and services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Existing network and contacts in big MNCs will be an added advantage
