.Candidate needs to explore new properties/doing surveys in respective locations/area.

2. Making availability of the properties in excel / calling landlords and updating databases.

3. Making proposals as per the requirement by calling landlords in excel and arranging site visits to the clients.

4. Candidates should have good knowledge of excel.

5. Need to negotiate rentals and other commercials with the landlord for finalisation of the premises.

6. Coordinating with the landlords/developers for execution of the transaction/ coordinating/legal papers.
