Candidate must be well experienced to set all processing parameters on the injection moulding machine Job Responsibilities Knowledge of maintenance of the following machines: moulding machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and SPMs Should be able to resolve the breakdown cases in machines Handling maintenance activities of mechanical as well as electrical related to injection moulding machines, other machines, utilities Candidate must be well experienced to set all processing parameters on the injection moulding machine Maintain spares, MIS and statutory compliance related to maintenance planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising and guide technically to staff, obtaining specialist components creating maintenance procedure and Spare part management to ensure there are no production stoppage due to spare unavailability.
