HR Manager job description

Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing,
hiring and onboarding
• Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with company Policy
• Develops training and performance management program that ensures all
employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.
• Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay
• Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
• Ensures all employment practices comply
• Handle day to day interaction with employees & management communication to
employees as well as implementation
• Interaction with clients for resolving their issues

HR Manager qualification and experience requirement

Min. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
• Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information
Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee
relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this
information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law/Labour Law
• Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and
• Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic
• 2-5 years work Exp.
• Salary – 3 lacs to 4 lacs per annum (can go higher for deserving candidate)
