The candidate is expected to understand the Primary sales and Secondary sales. He should know General Trade (GT), how to build relationship with existing distributors and add on new distributors in existing distribution network. He should understand competitor’s tactics and implement better practices for building better rapport of company.
- Develop a network of distributors & dealers in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him.
- Ensure sufficient Investment from distributor, Monthly collection and billing with distributors & dealers (DD).
- New distributor plan & execution to expand the reach & improve on our foot prints in the said territory.
- Support the distributor on Sale-out & market collection.
- Mapping business potential & identifying profitable markets for the company’s products.
- Ensure the achievements of monthly targets against – Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback on Competitors activities.
- Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-board process.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Mentoring Sales team and Set clear volume targets &KPIs for his team.
